We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes in advance, but do not knock on the door until the exact time of your booking.
The booking will be cancelled if the team arrives 15 minutes late.
Yes, help will be given only if requested.
Our games are played in four languages: Catalan, Spanish, French and English. You can specify the language when you make your reservation.
These are our measures adopted on the basis of the protocols published for the current health situation and will be compulsory for players and our staff.
1.PUNCTUAL AND COMPLETE GROUP
Before entering the premises the group must be complete. No one may enter before the start time of their session so as not to interfere with the cleaning and disinfection work. We ask for punctuality to avoid groups crossing each other and interruptions.
2. USE OF TOILETS
For your safety and that of our staff, toilets should not be used.
3.OBLIGATORY MASK
No one will be allowed to play without a mask. Our staff will always attend you with a mask and will respect as far as possible the safety distance.
4. DISINFECTANT GEL
On entering our premises we will provide you with disinfectant gel so that you can play safely.
5. CLEANING AND DISINFECTION BETWEEN SESSIONS
At the end of each session we will clean the common areas and inside the rooms with disinfectant products.
6.PLAYERS WITH SYMPTOMS
Please be responsible and refrain from playing if you have any symptoms such as fever, cough, etc.
